I met Joyce back in 1986 when I was going through a rough time. When she lived in Bridgewater, I would visit her with my children and we'd sit and have a cup of tea. I loved our friendship and appreciated her advice. She always wondered if I had gotten married again and joked that she wanted to be one of my bridesmaids! We weren't as close when she moved to New Hope, but I still stayed in touch via Christmas cards. Until we meet again in heaven!

Me deepest sympathies to Joyce's family. So sorry I missed her services. She was a dear friend. She was very soft spoken but definitely made her point known. I will miss her very much.

My dear friend Joyce: Your strength and dignity and courage will live on in all those lives you have touched. On those beautiful sunny days I will look up and know you are smiling and with your birds

I wish you peace and comfort during this time of sorrow. The Bible gives the true hope
of being reunited with your loved one. (John 5:28, 29) The Bible promises that your loved
one will come back to life in the resurrection to paradise on the earth. (Acts 24:15)

Sincerely,

S. Ellis
